The process and rental period went very smooth, however at the pick up day, I was caught by surprise there policy amount I had to pay upfront as a way to cover themselves if any incident may occur. Good thing I had the $$ because if I didn't then I wouldn't be able to rent the vehicle and miss my destination. There customer service was nice and when the associate showed me the vehicle, she said I getting an upgrade no extra charge. Dropping the vehicle off at the end of my rental period. He the associate was very friendly and approachable. He inspected the vehicle as expected and everything went smooth. He mention the policy amount would pay the actual rental price and they will refund the difference. Overall it went well...
