Absolutely love Dr.Brian Brown and his team!! They brought back my smile and confidence!
The office may not be the newest or fanciest but they do offer good dental care. My one complaint is I dislike Dr Ridd he is rather rough and not very pleasant.
Went to dentist after the 3 Rd time. They didn't approve that I brought my daughter who is 3. She was exceptionally well behaved and they gave me an attitude cuz they didn't appreciate it. Too bad. I find them to be asshats. I always brought my children wherever I go. I do not believe in babysitters or lousy daycares which there are many of bad ones in pike county. So screw u if u got a problem I brought my kid. Then u lose a client. They werent friendly and got me agitated 3 separate visits. Today was the worse. Because they got snotty with me cuz I would not allow Piper go to any of them to babysit her sorry. I don't know u and no one is touching my kid. Screw u.
i like others have medical assistance and not many places except it. had been getting teeth filled (the lady who was doing the fillings did a poor job), however you couldnt tell until later after you where no longer numb. DR. JONES NEVER CAME IN TO CHECK HER WORK. I went in on may 2, 2016 to have a tooth pulled he gave me shots of novicane , 2 inside by tounge, 2 on outside by check, and 1 straight back, (all 5 shots at a time) still wasn't numb. He did this 3 times - all 5 shots at a time. Never got numb. he wrote out a referal to have all my teeth surgically removed, at my request (not going to go thru it all again) I was referd to clarks oral surgery. Before i even left i called for an appointment, was told they couldn't see me until DEC 2016!! I told the lady there I can't deal with that until DEC 2016. She put me on hold, came back and told me they could see me at 1 pm (same day) if i could get there. Of course i said YES. went up there was seen by the lady doing exam and she told me it wouldn't go numb because it was infected! Clarks oral surgery gave me an antibiotic (I believe it was him) however nothing for pain. he stated he don't do that until after he has them removed. Appointment was given to me for Dec22, 2016 to pull them. i took the appointment but called daily to see if anyone canceled. I was given pain meds by my family doctor. from May til Nov 2016 (was able to be seen, and have them all removed) VERY RUDE, AND DON'T CARE BECAUSE WELFARE INSURANCE NOT TAKEN AT MANY PLACES. Now i had to wait for dentures. I had an appointment for March 22, 2017 just for a impression. Well I called on Tuesday to confirm my appointment. Well wouldn't you know they didn't even have me scheduled!! Dentist office kept saying no you don't. Hang up from them i get my paper work out and call them back, YEP ITWAS SCHEDULED!! Then i faxed the paper with the date and time, I GET WELL I'M SORRY WE CAN'T HELP YOU!! I JUST NEEDED TO GET AN IMPRESSION DONE. Now i have to see them first to see if I still want dentures?!?! I have to teeth and your asking ifi want them?? They refused to do that before have get seen!! STILL WAITING...... I'D GIVE A LARGE - EXTRA LARGE NEG. NUMBER
I honestly cant standthis place but im poor and have welfare insurance! I have to go to this place unfortuantly but they tried to pull a molar and caused me pain and in the end were unable to pull my molar and are now trying to send me to to sirgeon for the tooth and now they want me to remove my wisdom teeth as well ! I am so unhappy!
