Dr. Cruse is a good Dr.. Bonnie that answers the phone, not so good. You have to call and call and call leave a message wait a whole day call and call leave a message and call, well you get the idea. I would give this a 5 star but Dr. Cruse needs to have somebody that will answer the phone every time not only when it's convenient
