My rating is a big fat 0. My family is on the WIC program. We have never had problem until my husband went to Wal-Mart in Honesdale PA 18431 store number 2480. The cashier could not add 3 numbers together. 12+14+9=35 Not 38! My husband stood in line for 30 minutes just stand at check out for a hour and half. While every cashier but the head one tried to add 3 numbers. The Head cashier said she was to busy to help and walked away. She was the only one w/ the power to override it. When she did finally come over she said it was illegal to override anything that she would loose her license. Mind you we get the same things every time. So instead of finding out what was wrong and fixing it. My husband had to walk out and go to another store with to infants in the 20 degree weather. What a great store! Wrong!! I will never step foot in that store again.
